Makati has long been the country’s premier financial and lifestyle hub, setting the benchmark for urban living in the Philippines. As Ayala Land’s flagship development, it continues to be home to renowned multinational companies, iconic landmarks, and modern office skyscrapers—a place where innovation, culture, and community come together to pioneer a dynamic and future-ready city.

Being a central business district, Makati is evolving to further enhance livability, sustainability, and connectivity for the ever-changing needs of the community. Green and open spaces are being expanded to create a more walkable and refreshing environment, while new mobility solutions are set to make getting around the city even more seamless and convenient.

Everything you need to thrive is here—world-class shopping destinations, vibrant art and culture spaces, and pedestrian-friendly streets lined with cafés, retail, and dynamic public areas. As Makati transforms, new developments are integrating work, leisure, and urban living in ways that ensure it remains the top choice for businesses, offices, residents, and visitors.

In Makati, you are part of a thriving community—a city where visionaries come together, whether at weekend gatherings in the streets or within its growing network of parks and shared spaces and even in work places. This is where changes happen, possibilities unfold, ideas take shape, and the future is continuously being built.

How To Get There

To get to Makati Central Business District, take the MRT-3 and alight at Ayala Station for direct access. If coming from the south, ride a P2P bus or a jeepney to Buendia, then take a short walk or another jeep to Ayala Avenue. From Manila, hop on a jeepney or bus bound for Ayala, Buendia, or Guadalupe. If using LRT-1, transfer to MRT-3 at EDSA-Taft. Tricycles operate in some areas for last-mile travel. Walking within the CBD is convenient, with pedestrian-friendly routes connecting major offices, malls, and commercial hubs.
