The first half of 2025 has seen Vermosa welcome several landmark developments that enrich its vibrant community:

  • Landers Vermosa, which opened in April, is now the largest Landers branch in the Philippines and the first in Cavite. Spanning 2.1 hectares, it offers a premium shopping experience with a curated mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle options — a true commercial anchor for the estate.
