ALLHC Expands Cold Storage Network with a New Facility in Cebu
September 10, 2024Ayala Land Inc.’s industrial parks and real estate logistics arm, AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), breaks ground for the construction of ALogis Artico Consolacion. Strategically located to meet the increasing demand for temperature-controlled facilities in the Central Visayas region, the new facility will add 6,000 pallet positions to ALLHC’s cold storage portfolio. This will be ALLHC’s second facility in the province of Cebu following the addition of ALogis Artico Mandaue in late 2022.
AREIT 1H24 revenues of P4.2B up 43% and income of 2.9B up 44%
August 19, 2024August 14, 2024 – AREIT Inc., the first Philippine REIT, posted total revenues of P4.2 billion and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) of P3.0 billion, 43% and 45% higher year-on-year, respectively. Net income registered at P2.9 billion, 44% higher year-on-year, excluding the net fair value change in investment properties. AREIT's overall occupancy remained high at 96%, better than the industry average.

ALI 1H24 net income up 15% to P13.1B
August 13, 20247 Aug 2024 – Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) achieved strong results in the first half of 2024, fueled by progressive property demand and robust consumer activity. ALI’s net income grew 15% to P13.1 billion from the same period in 2023 as consolidated revenues increased to P84.3 billion.

Ayala Land Completes P20.5 Billion in Sustainability-Linked Funding

The funding package includes a ₱6 billion Sustainability-Linked Bond (SL-Bond) and a ₱14.5 billion Sustainability-Linked Loan (SL-Loan) from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). This initiative marks a first for the Philippine real estate sector, adhering to international guidelines and independently verified by Det Norske Veritas.
