Ayala Land’s Nuvali Estate and the City Government of Santa Rosa have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a new 2-hectare Santa Rosa Civic Complex in Nuvali. This partnership reinforces Nuvali’s position as the regional Central Business District (CBD) of CALABARZON, further driving economic growth in the South.
The Santa Rosa Civic Complex is envisioned to have a convention center, a City One-Stop Shop, sports facilities, and a command center, ensuring enhanced accessibility to essential public services while fostering a well-integrated urban environment.
As a leading sustainable estate, Nuvali seamlessly integrates residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational spaces into a thriving community.
