The Residences at Azuela Cove, a project developed by Ayala Land's premium residential brand, Ayala Land Premier (ALP), was recently honored with a prestigious award in the Apartment/Condominium Development Philippines category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards, which is part of the renowned International Property Awards, brings together industry leaders in architecture, interior design, development, and real estate. This recognition shows The Residences at Azuela Cove's exceptional design, construction, and presentation, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in the Philippines.
The International Property Awards, supported by a panel of more than 100 highly skilled professionals, are committed to acknowledging and upholding high standards across various aspects of the property sector.

The Residences at Azuela Cove is part of the larger Azuela Cove estate, a 25-hectare business and residential mixed-use development. This estate is Ayala Land’s first waterside community in Davao, designed to offer a harmonious blend of nature and urban living.
