Ayala Land introduces new 83-hectare Crossroads estate

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) broke ground on its 49th estate, Crossroads located in Plaridel Bulacan -- the emerging epicenter of the province.

Crossroads, Ayala Land’s newest 83-hectare estate in Plaridel, Bulacan will be a mixed-use master-planned development offering new opportunities for local enterprises and leisure spaces and convenience for the rest of the community.

Crossroads is an 83-hectare integrated mixed-use master-planned estate in the rising enterprise zone in the eastern side of Bulacan, Plaridel — a fast-growing municipality that serves as a key gateway linking Metro Manila to other key centers like Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, and Aurora.

Now with Crossroads, the estate’s central location will serve as a key gateway and the newest commercial node of Central Bulacan and the rest of the region’s growth corridor,” Ayala Land Estates’ Group Head Robert Lao said in his speech during the groundbreaking ceremony.
