Ayala Land won the 2021 Grand Stevie for Organization of the Year
Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and its subsidiaries received a collective total of 209 recognitions from international and local awards institutions in 2021– its highest tally in the last five years, reflecting its commitment to nurture excellence in the organization.
Ayala Land garnered major international awards over the past year, with the group winning a total of 37 accolades from the IBA Stevie Awards including the Grand Stevie for Organization of the Year, 13 Titan Property Awards, nine World Travel Awards recognitions, and three World Sustainability Awards among other notable achievements.

The Festival of Lights Virtual Edition 2020 won three Titan Property Awards among others.
Among the group’s recognitions for its structures was Ayala North Exchange’s citation as the only finalist from the country in the prestigious Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence. Another project which represented the Philippines was Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, which won the High-Rise Structures Category in the first Philippines Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards.
The company was also recognized by major international business publications Euromoney and Asiamoney for excellence in real estate development. Ayala Land was lauded as the #1 Developer in both Residential and Office categories in the Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2021, while the company received recognition as the #1 Company in the Philippines in the Real Estate sector and the #1 Most Outstanding IPO in the Philippines in the Asiamoney Outstanding Companies Poll 2021.

The Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 bagged the trophy in the High-Rise Structures Category in the first Philippines Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards.
Ayala Land also continued to succeed in the local awards front, garnering multiple wins from major award-giving bodies around the country. Among these were Ayala Land’s 45 citations at the Department of Energy’s 2021 Energy Efficiency Excellence Awards, 30 wins at the 2021 Safety Organization of the Philippines, Inc. (SOPI) Safety Competition Awards, and wins of two of the top DSHUD Region 4A Gawad Parangal 2021 awards.
In a statement, ALI President and CEO Bobby O.
