19 July 2024 – Ayala Malls has reinforced its dedication to customer data privacy, enhancing its measures to ensure a secure shopping environment across all its properties. With increasing attention to data protection, this initiative aligns with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations and underscores Ayala Malls' commitment to protecting personal information collected during transactions.
Ayala Malls ensures its data security practices are in strict adherence to NPC regulations and guidelines. These practices include regular data security audits, transparent data handling processes, and comprehensive employee training programs. Additionally, Ayala Malls collaborates with its merchant partners and tenants to ensure that all establishments within its malls comply with NPC data privacy standards.

On July 23, the National Privacy Commission will visit U.P.
