Ayala Land wins AIBP ASEAN Enterprise Innovation Award

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) was recently named a winner of the 2021 AIBP ASEAN Enterprise Innovation Award. The 5th edition of the annual award included over 130 nominations from Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, which were narrowed down to 27 finalists and 10 final winners from across the region.

ALI was recognized by AIBP for its digital initiative called ‘AssistMe’, an internal IT service desk designed to simplify employees’ experience when using applications. The AssistMe IT service application was developed by the company’s Enterprise Technology Division to provide a seamless experience for users of technology services across the group.

AssistMe’s automated and integrated services have resulted in increased efficiency through the use of a service-oriented architecture design, thereby improving customer satisfaction and simultaneously decreasing ticket cancellations and reducing average resolution time.

AIBP said that, along with the other award winners, Ayala Land’s innovative project ‘resonated with the findings in the annual AIBP ASEAN Innovation Survey, with fortifying and upgrading IT infrastructure to meet future demands being one of the top five business objectives in building business resilience’.

“Our evolving digitalization journey at Ayala Land includes continuously optimizing our technology initiatives on the cloud to enhance IT services within the company. We thank AIBP for recognizing our commitment to constantly innovate – improve business processes and design new and better ways to serve our customers,” said Annie Alipao, Chief Information Officer of Ayala Land.

The Enterprise Innovation Award was established by industry platform AIBP in 2017 to recognize organizations’ projects to digitally transform their businesses through the adoption of innovative technology. The awards are held annually in the ASEAN countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.Ayala Land is one of the largest property developers in the Philippines known for developing integrated, mixed-use and sustainable estates.
