Ayala Land International Marketing (ALIM) has opened a new U.S. office at 1535 Landess Avenue, Suite 118, Milpitas, California — strengthening its presence in North America and bringing its services closer to the Filipino community and international clients.
The opening was led by Mr. Rufino Hermann Gutierrez, Senior Managing Director of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc., and Ms. Katrina Aguas, ALIM U.S. Country Head.
The new office will host open houses, project presentations, and one-on-one consultations for those looking to invest, find a future home, or stay connected to the Philippines.
“This office brings us closer to our clients in North America — many of whom dream of owning a piece of home,” said Ms. Katrina Aguas. “It’s about making that dream more reachable.”
With this expansion, ALIM continues its mission to connect global clients with Ayala Land communities in the Philippines.
