Ayala Land awarded as one of the Top 3 firms in INQ’s 2024 Best Employer in the Philippines
November 14, 2023

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) has been recognized as one of the top three companies on the 2024 Best Employer list, which was compiled by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) in partnership with Statista, the world's leading data and business intelligence portal.

The award was accepted by representatives from ALI, led by Isabel Sagun, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chrissy Roa, Group Head of Marketing and Communications for Ayala Land Corporate Estates and Malls, during the PDI event last night.
ALI achieved an impressive rating of 9.15 out of a perfect score of 10, marking a significant improvement from its previous ranking of 48th place last year. Additionally, parent company Ayala Corporation and two other Ayala Land subsidiaries, Ayala Property Management Corporation and Makati Development Corporation, also made it onto the list.
The Philippines' Best Employers 2024 is a comprehensive and extensive study that evaluates the appeal of employers in the country through an independent survey of employees. Last year, the Inquirer and Statista released the inaugural list, titled the Philippines' Best Employers 2023.
To qualify for the distinction of being named one of the Best Employers in 2024, companies in the Philippines must have a minimum of 250 employees. These employers are then categorized into 28 different industries.
