The TCITx is expected to be fully operational by 2028.

Arca South Estate’s connectivity is strengthened by its link to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) or Skyway Stage 4, which is contingent on the development of the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx). With seamless connections to the subway and railway systems, provincial and city buses, as well as the Jeepney AUV terminal, Arca South is set to become a vital transit-oriented destination.
